Medicine That Looks at the
Whole Picture
Physician-led care for your health, performance, and future.

Looking Beyond Symptoms
When you do not feel like yourself, the answer is rarely found in a single symptom, or laboratory value. Fatigue may overlap with thyroid function, hormone changes, sleep, nutrition, stress, metabolism, inflammation, digestion, liver health, or kidney health.
At Andelana MD Health & Longevity, care begins with your complete story. We combine conventional medical evaluation with functional, integrative, age-management, and regenerative medicine principles to help identify factors that may be affecting how you feel today and the choices that may support your long-term health.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide thoughtful care performed by the physicians that helps patients better understand their health, investigate contributing causes of persistent symptoms, and make informed decisions about long-term wellness.
We believe patients deserve enough time to explain what has changed, what has already been tried, and what they hope to improve. Medical history, symptoms, examination findings, laboratory results, and personal goals are considered together to create an individualized plan rather than a generic protocol.

Our Clinical Philosophy
We view the body as a symphony. Hormones, thyroid function, metabolism, digestion, nutrition, sleep, inflammation, cardiovascular health, liver and kidney health, environmental exposures, and lifestyle each have their own role, but health depends on how these systems function together. When one area is out of balance, the effects may be felt throughout the body.
AndelanaMD Health & Longevity is a consultative medical practice for patients seeking a more detailed evaluation of persistent symptoms, hormone and thyroid concerns, metabolic health, prevention, and healthy aging. Our services complement rather than replace ongoing primary care. Patients should continue routine primary care, preventive screening, and acute medical care with their established healthcare professionals.
How to Get Started
01.
Complete the Questionnaire That Best Matches Your Concern
Before scheduling, complete the general intake and the one concern-specific questionnaire that best matches your primary problem. Complete a second questionnaire only when another concern is also important. The Patient Resources page contains the complete questionnaire list.
02.
Schedule a Consultation
After reviewing the services and identifying the concerns most relevant to you, schedule a consultation so we can learn more about your health and determine the most appropriate next steps.
