visit for consultations that do not require an in-person physical examination.

Telemedicine Availability

Telemedicine visits are available to patients physically located in North Carolina at the time of the appointment
Technical and privacy instructions will be provided before the visit

Thyroid consultations
Fatigue, energy, and cognitive-symptom evaluations
Digestive, metabolic, weight, and sleep consultations
Environmental, mold, toxicant, tick, and Lyme exposure consultations
Longevity and preventive-health consultations
Review of laboratory results, imaging, and medical records
Follow-up visits and treatment-plan reviews when appropriate

What to Expect

Complete the requested intake forms before the appointment
Upload recent laboratory results, imaging reports, and relevant records
Meet privately with the physician by secure video
Review symptoms, concerns, goals, and available information
Receive recommendations for testing, treatment, or follow-up

When an In-Person Visit Is Needed

An in-person visit is needed for a physical examination, procedure, injection, infusion,
aesthetic treatment, or other hands-on assessment. The physician may also recommend an
in-person evaluation based on the consultation.
